1st floor:  large living room with a very big sofa bed, kitchen and dining area. Private pool is right beside the house.
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with king size beds, air conditioned each with a bathroom with shower. Master bedroom also has a bath tube. It is very comfortable for those who have children.
Balconies are on both sides of the second floor. You will have a really good hi-speed WIFI available around the house, it’s included, TVs, kitchen is equipped with gas oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, all the kitchenware is available.

• Water delivery (250 THB per 2000 litres (tanks in the basement) enough for every 4-5 days)
• Cleaning service (2000 THB once, payable upon arrival for cleaning after your stay)
• Safety deposit 12000 THB or 300 euro or equivalent amount in USD (refundable, payable upon arrival in cash)
• Pets are discussed and stay for an additional charge
