Baan Fan Noi is all about understated contemporary elegance. This 3+1-bedroom villa is beautifully designed and landscaped, set on a hillside away from the madding crowd but close enough to Chaweng to give you all the privacy and space you need, without skimping on the fun.

Choose from any of the three upstairs en-suite bedrooms with breathtaking ocean-facing views, each featuring its own walled, outdoor bathroom complete with rain shower, two of which boast a free standing terrazzo bathtub for the ultimate in indulgence. The fourth en-suite room comes with a unique semi-circular bed and access directly onto the pool terrace.

For all day relaxation, there’s the airy living and dining spaces, but our favourite spot would have to be the villa’s 15m pool, sunken Jacuzzi and the limestone terrace which offers the perfect al fresco location. The amazing lap pool and Jacuzzi overlooking Chaweng beach and to-die-for views from up the hill are perfect for jet-setting families or groups of friends who favor sleek and minimalist hideaway.
