Located next to Koh Samui’s prestigious viewpoint at the southern tip of Chaweng Beach, the property offers a captivating sea panorama even before you arrive. As you walk down the stairs, you will immediately notice the most serene and peaceful view, with 180-degree views of the rocky coastline, coconut-lined beach and the landscaped spectacle of the endless ocean.

As you arrive at the pool level, a limestone tiled pathway leads from the bedroom past a koi carp pond to the stylish and quite impressive living room and pool deck with sea views.

The interiors of the living area have been decorated to very high standards.

One of the two huge white “Jim Thompson” sofas faces the wall-mounted 52” LCD TV with surround sound system, iPod dock and satellite connection. The other sofa overlooks the pool, deck and east-facing sea.

All decks are illuminated by a state-of-the-art LED lighting system that offers a choice of five different color settings, making this villa an ideal venue for private events, parties and weddings.

At night, the beauty of the villa really blossoms. The large pool terrace surrounded by a waterfall serves as an impressive entertainment and event area, right next to the 20-meter white terrazzo swimming pool.

A large hand-crafted dining table comfortably seats up to 12 guests.

Guests can also watch their meals being prepared and cooked next to them as the chef’s work station is clearly visible. The kitchen is equipped with a granite countertop, double sink, oven, microwave, six-burner stainless steel gas stove and a separate cooking island. The extra space in the kitchen allows guests interested in Thai cuisine to watch the chef and even try their hand at cooking an authentic meal.

All three upstairs bedrooms offer impressive sea views and are connected by the full-length terrace. Elegantly appointed with a unique selection of modern Thai decoration.

The third bedroom on this floor also has a private glass-paneled balcony and a large indoor terrazzo bathroom. Amenities include a 32-inch LCD TV, DVD player, personal safe and air conditioning. All bathrooms have an enclosed outdoor terrace with a bathtub and rain shower that complement the indoor shower and terrazzo double sinks.

The fourth bedroom has a king-size four-poster bed surrounded by intricate designs of modern contemporary artwork and ornaments. The fifth bedroom with bunk beds is located next to this bedroom at pool level.

Located in Chaweng Noi, the villa is right on the water, just five minutes from the world-famous Chaweng Beach and its vibrant nightlife. Golf enthusiasts are just a 20-minute drive from the PGA Santiburi Golf Course. Fishermans Villa with its family-orientated atmosphere of bars and restaurants is 15 minutes away.
