This Villa is on the beachfront level. It features three spacious bedrooms, including en-suite bathrooms with his-and-her sinks and walk-in rain showers and private balconies with full sea views in every room.

The beachfront villa features an additional interior TV room that doubles as a 4th bedroom. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, including the TV room.

The fully-equipped luxury kitchen and dining room features imported European furnishings and appliances and accordion doors opening onto a large terrace with oak lounge furniture and an infinity swimming pool overlooking the sea with views of the famed Big Buddha to the south. Delicate sculptures and Bohemian-inspired art pieces accent the airy modern design.

Each villa offers total privacy and seclusion and is just a few steps down to the shared private beach. The shared areas on the Kerem property also include the dramatic streetside entrance, parking area, and a fully-equipped gym and wellness facility.
