The location is wonderfully central to all activities, shops and beaches, but at the same time quiet on a cul-de-sac behind Bo Put Temple within walking distance of Bo Put Fisherman’s Village and beach. Unique to the villa is the gigantic “sala” (covered outdoor area) with dining table and lounge corner, the ultimate room for the tropics.

Guests are close to Koh Samui’s most popular beaches and are just a 10 minute walk to “Fisherman’s Village” and the beach at Bo Put with all restaurants, bars and other facilities. The biggest event in Koh Samui also takes place there every Friday evening. This is the “walking street” market with food and music. The large supermarkets such as Tesco and Big C are just 10 minutes from the house. The location of the villa is perfect.

• The pool runs on a fresh water system without chlorine. Oxygen and copper(s) keep the water clean and fresh. Nice for swimming, no salt or chlorine soup.
• Pool size 3.00 x 5.00 meters deep 1.50 meters
• Housekeeper comes to clean and change all linen towels every 4 days
• Pool maintenance and garden services also come at the same time as the housekeeper.
• For a monthly rental change, all bed linen and towels 1 time per week
