Emerald Sands comprises of two separate buildings. The master building offers its guests a modern chic-design featuring 2 en-suite ocean view king-sized bedroom with air conditioning and another bedroom that offers a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, together with living room equipped with flat-screen satellite LED TV and Western-styled kitchen with all the amenities you could wish for.
The second building features an ocean-view en-suite king-sized bedroom with air conditioning, together with internal dining room. Both open onto the large swimming pool that features two built in sun loungers and a shallow kids pool area, perfect for families.

Emerald Sands is proud to be able to offer its guests a 5-Star Guest Management experience from the leading company on Samui Island. Guests shall be provided with an introduction by the property’s Guest Manager like no other, equipping them with all of the information they will ever need to maximize their Samui Island experience. Tours, activities, rental services are all offered at discounted rates.
Guests have the opportunity to take advantage of the many services the villa has to offer including private chef services, in-house massages, baby-sitting services, to name but a few.

Rental Rates Include:
• Beach front Villa (all en-suite with King-Sized beds & air-con)
• Unlimited electric and water usage (excluding monthly rates)
• Fulltime staff (daily cleaning / maid service)
• Chef Service (breakfast & lunch – guest pays cost + 20% for food)
• 30m Secluded Beachfront
• Multilingual speaking Guest Manager (English, French, Chinese)
• Welcome/information Pack with the ‘owner’s recommendations’

• Free private villa WI-FI
• Digital Safe for important belongings

Rental Rates Exclude:
• Private Chef (evening) @ 1,000 THB per setting (guest pays cost + 20% for food)
• Baby cot and high-chair (available at small fee)
• Airport transfers (available on request)
• Babysitting, massage & spa services (available on request )
• Chartered boat services (available upon request)
• Car rental can be arranged with full insurance coverage

Terms & Security Deposit:
• Terms & Conditions apply which will be sent to guest for signature
• As a form of security (and for peace of mind) for the villa owner, the Guest Manager will request on arrival a fully refundable $500 or 15,000 THB (cash only).
• Please note that any minor damage / breakages shall be charged at the end of your stay, at replacement value. If required, damages must be paid and will be requested by the General Manager and paid in full before departure.
