Don’t be fooled by Villa Kohia’s mere 6-minute location from Koh Samui’s International Airport. This stylish four-bedroom villa is as private and peaceful as it gets. Located on a lush hillside facing the Gulf of Thailand, the villa is thus blessed with stunning ocean views. Designed in a way to take full advantage of its sea-facing orientation, the villa is all about fold-open glass doors and blurring indoor and outdoor spaces, so that every expanse flows into one another.

Whether you’re making the most of its gorgeous 12m swimming pool, sharing a delicious meal with friends and family around many of the generous indoor or al fresco dining areas, or relaxing with a movie in the upper floor lounge, you’ll be sure to enjoy every nook of this beautiful space. We love the immense en-suite outdoor bathrooms that come with their own freestanding stone bathtubs, and if you need a little more privacy, three of the capacious guest rooms come with their own terrace so you can retreat into your own bubble with a view.

Rates & Conditions
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Rates are quoted for the maximum number of guests (including children) as specified.
Extra bed: USD 75 per bed, subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT (if applicable).
Rates include:
Daily Asian or continental breakfast
Maid service
English-speaking Villa Manager
Thai chef service (where specified) for lunch and dinner
Food cost is charged to guest account
Provisioning fee from fresh market: 20% of food cost (minimum THB 300)
Baby cot is provided free of charge.
Service charge and VAT: please refer to the rates card.
Complimentary one round-trip airport transfer (same flight only).
Daily cleaning service, bed linen changed every 3 nights, towels as needed.
Rates are quoted in US Dollars.
Extra beds and airport transfers are non-commissionable.

Cancellation Policy
Low & High Seasons
All payments received can be credited for the same property within 12 months (excluding prime & peak seasons).
Full payment will be forfeited for cancellations made within 45 days prior to arrival.
Prime & Peak Seasons
Payments will be forfeited or partially refunded (pro-rata) only if a replacement booking is secured for the same period.
No refund for cancellations made within 75 days prior to arrival.
Early Check-in & Late Check-out / Early Departure
Early departure (on arrival or during stay) will be treated as a cancellation and all funds will be forfeited.
Notes
An administration fee of USD 50 + 7% VAT applies for any refund or amendment.
Cancellation charges also apply if the booking is cancelled due to non-payment of the remaining balance.
